5. Cancellation Policy
Initial Term
This agreement begins on the date you sign (Effective Date) and continues through the Committed Term End Date specified on your Order Form.
How to Cancel
- Email support@hiveanalytics.io to cancel
- Provide at least 30 days’ notice before your intended cancellation date
Renewal Terms
- After your initial term ends, your agreement automatically renews month-to-month
- Either party can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice
- HIVE Analytics reserves the right to terminate service with 30 days’ notice
Important Notes
- To avoid automatic renewal, submit your cancellation notice at least 30 days before your current term ends
- All cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@hiveanalytics.io
- No other form of cancellation notice will be accepte
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content on HiveAnalytics.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HiveAnalytics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License: HiveAnalytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Website for personal or internal business purposes.
