CEO for HIVE Analytics
Embedded in the Marketing industry since 2005 with 7+ years as Marketing Director at Schomp Automotive. Previous to Schomp, he served as a Senior Marketing Manager for IHS (Now part of S&P Global). With 14 years of managing creative/technical marketing teams, James has deep knowledge of technical marketing tools including web publishing, CRM, project management tools, and data visualization. James’ position at HIVE as CEO is focused on strategy for clients, media buying choices, and measurability derived directly from the CRM and creating powerful visualizations that drive operations.
Catherine Bandstra
Business Development Manager for HIVE Analytics
As the Business Development Manager for HIVE Analytics, Cat is the point of contact for clients and creates powerful analytics assessments to drive dealer business forward. Within HIVE Analytics, this role allows Cat to advocate for the clients as they discover the power of analytics to drive operations. Cat’s background is diverse, serving first as an Intelligence Analyst for the Marine Corps, and then studying psychology in her undergraduate and graduate programs before joining the automotive industry. Her passion lies in creating pathways for client success by assessing fundamental attributions while exploring and expanding platforms and strategies to elevate performance.
George Lawton
Operation Manager for HIVE Analytics
George joined the Automotive Industry in 2007 and has filled roles in sales, management, operations, and marketing. His well-rounded experience in the field has provided him with unique insights into understanding cause-and-effect trends that directly affect the overall industry. George's passion for data analysis and causality have led him to create systems and processes that boost KPI metrics across the dealership. At HIVE, George counsels clients through onboarding, training and data interpretation to highlight areas of opportunity and success - building cultures of growth and eliminating waste.
